Grief counselling in Vancouver
There is no right way to carry a loss.
Book a free 15-minute consultationGrief can follow a death, a diagnosis, the end of a relationship, a sudden change, or the loss of a future you expected. It can feel raw and immediate—or arrive quietly, long after everyone else assumes you should be moving on.
Grief does not move in a straight line.
Some days may hold sadness; others may bring anger, numbness, relief, guilt, or moments of ordinary life. None of these responses means you are grieving incorrectly.
Counselling offers a steady place for bereavement, anticipatory grief, sudden or traumatic loss, and the identity changes that can follow. We can make room for what happened and for the life that continues around it.
Room for what cannot be fixed.
You will not be rushed toward closure or asked to turn loss into a lesson. We can stay close to what matters, find ways to live alongside the grief, and notice what support feels possible now.
